PROJECT-1

TWO WHEEL AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC FORKLIFT

Forklift is weight lifting machine, designed and fabricated by the students of BTech(ME), SDEC under the guidance of Mr. Prashant Sharma, Asst. Prof, ME.It is fully operated with the help of batteries, no direct electric supply. It is lighter in weight and can bear medium load of approx. 40-70 Kgs.The aim is to build a Safe, Cheaper and light weight forklift for domestic and industrial purpose.

PROJECT-2

Go-Kart

Students of BTech( ME Branch) of Sunder Deep Engineering College have designed new version of GO KART. Go Kart has been fabricated and manufactured with additional features (Bypass sensor, distance measurement device and self start).

SDEC Mechanical Engineering Final year Students Participated in International Go-kart championship organized by SAE India Collegiate club at Lovely professional University (LPU),Punjab on March23,2018 to March 26,2018. Students been awarded with overall 8th rank across 50+ Colleges all over the world and score third rank in technical innovation.

SOLAR PANEL

In terms of efficiency and less power consumption solar plays an essential role in our business and daily life as well. So, we just try to reduce nature pollutant that’s why we use a 75W solar panel on go kart for proper functioning.

DISTANCE MEASUREMENT

In this project we have used an Ultrasonic Sensor to determine the distance of an obstacle from the sensor. Ultrasonic sensors are great tools to measure distance without actual contact. This is an efficient way to measure small distances precisely. Basic principal of ultrasonic distance measurement is based on ECHO. When sound waves are transmitted in environment then waves are return back to origin as ECHO after striking on the obstacle.
