Cater to SAIL (steel authority of India limited) officer during their SAP training in sunder deep group of institutions.
Our students have successfully participated in IPL-2011 as a catering service team.
Sunderdeep college of hotel management has organized national conference on “nutritional evaluation of foods in context of the hospitality industry”
100 % result in odd semester (3rd year).
‘SAVEUR’ (Food Festival) On 19th November 2010, SDCHM organized a Food Festival ‘SAVEUR’. Mr. Mukesh Verma, Executive Chef, Hotel Samrat, New Delhi was the Chief Guest of this festival
Main features of the food festival
- Various dishes of Punjabi & Chinese Cuisine were prepared by students

- Mocktails were the main attractions.
- Navratra Puja On 9th October 2010, SDCHM celebrated Navratra Puja, followed by Rituals and Prasad distribution. All the related activities were managed by our students, faculty and staff members. On the same day the new Front Office lab was inaugurated by Group Chairman Late Shri S.C. Gupta.
- ‘SPIRITS & FLAMES’ (Bar Tending Programme) on 20th October 2010, SDCHM organized Bar Tending Programme ‘SPIRITS & FLAMES’.
The programme was presented by famous bar tender Mr. Sandeep Verma (Institute of Bar Operations & Management, New Delhi).

Orientation Programme
An Orientation programme for the I year students of BHMCT was held on September 01, 2010 at 10:00 am in the institute with great enthusiasm and fervour. The function of Orientation programme was attended by students with their parents, who accompanied the students to witness the function.
The programme began with the lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. The Director of SDCHM, addressed the whole gathering with highlighting the vision, mission, objectives and future perspectives of the college.
The students felt highly motivated and encouraged after listening to the views and opinions expressed by the speakers.
