A faculty member has the responsibility to acting as guiding light to the students. We strongly feel that faculty members have to assume a much bigger role in shaping the careers of students. In order to achieve this, faculty members should have strong professional & technical knowledge widely supported with corporate exposure.

At SDGI, we lay constant emphasis on drawing competent faculty from all streams and offer them a learning/teaching environment, which is the best among institutions. In line with our mission, We focus not only on attracting the best faculty members but also on enhancing their competence through several measures like regular interaction with industry, participation in conferences/seminars, writing research papers and enrolment in higher/continued education programmes. At the same time, we also encourage our faculty members to adopt innovative pedagogies in their teaching so as to make learning a regular habit among our students.
